The reasons you listed for high herald being above the Hulk are identical to the reasoning or mid herald being above the Hulk. If your reasoning were really sound, he'd belong in low.
However, I believe his sheer power, and his limitless potential for MORE power more than justify top-tier placement.

Um. You know there are different Types of losses right? Thanos one shotting Hulk is much different Than JoHN standing up to Asmodel for quite some time before losing. Does this NOT compute. Superman in Energy form was superior to EVERYONE and yet he could only BRIEFLY stalemate Asmodel. John for High Herald. It's sheer rediculousness that He isn't up there. Or do we take into consideration PIS and Jobberation when making these votes? Cuz if that were the case most every one in the top tier from marvel needs to be bumped down cuz they all lose to the HULK.

Does this compute, If Blue Superman could only stalemate Assy for a time, then how would normal supers have done? He would have lost. Dont' you get it. But MM dind't get steam rolled. He didn't get one shotted. He put up a damned good fight. It's rediculous to think that he isn't high herald. Especially all of those powers he's got. Hell, His Tp alone would get him High end. It's the best Tp in the whole freaking DS Earth.
