What about Invincible?
Classic Nova can be moved. We have enough.
Low or Mid Herald for Ravenous. Surfer punked the crap out of him, and he has a limited feat history.
Probably Low Herald or even High Meta for Invincible. His universe is decidedly << most mainstream ones. He's powerful, but has a checkered history....I'm not so sure he'd beat, say, Iron Man. But some will likely push for Low Herald, which is fine.

...on a more practical level, I generally withhold input on this thread except to control decisions and votes and such. When I decide a character should be moved, it's usually obvious that they should be (though my last motion, Iron Spidey to mid meta, was vetoed).

High meta is high enough for his other powers yeah but Invincible has awesome speed. So for that I would say....possibly low herald.
I want to see others opinions. If you don't enough just check the thread. Might help. or confuse you. 😛

IMO, he looks around Namor/Wonder Man level so I would say High Meta.
