We should at least wait until WWH and the THIRD part of the trilogy is finished. We're waiting for Sinestro Corps to finish, might as well do the same with WWH.

Telepathy, shapeshifting, superhuman strength thats been shown on par with various people of that ranking or higher, superspeed. And since he actually uses those powers I'd say his variety of abilities make the ranking more than valid.
