I'm unsure of whether that was a joke, or actually disagreeing with the movement based on Wally's showings against Deathstroke. However, my statement was that Wally could beat most top-tiers. Deathstroke isn't top tier, so his showings don't oppose my statement in the least.

You'd have to move Bart too since he's more powerful than Wally as the Flash. I say no anyway. Don't forget the status aspect of High Herald. That's really the main thing that separates High from Mid because the difference in power is minuscule in most cases.

I have no problem with Bart also being high herald. He stomped a mud hole in Zoom who usually takes on the entire JLA and can fare pretty well.

Meh; your status argument can only really go so far. I can even understand is when it's the difference between Thor and Beta Ray - who are pretty much equal or Superman and Captain Marvel - who are pretty much equal.

But Wally and Bart aren't just equal to the top-tiers. They aren't even just slightly more powerful. They'd take a hefty majority over almost any of them.

Wally I can see being high herald. Bart? We'd be putting him there based on sheer potential. A maybe for Wally, and a no for Bart.

Are we putting Wally there based on his best, or based on his status and abilities?

Out of all the heroes who else has a museum that gets mentioned like every other second, and a whole city always cheering the Flashes on? I mean he is the "common" hero, and thats why everyone loves him both as a reader and as someone in the comics 😬
