Meh; again, if the difference in power is minuscule, I understand taking this 'status' into account. The power difference between Flash and a good number of the top tiers ISN'T minuscule, though. He's very much so more powerful than almost any of them. 😬.

CIS is the only thing preventing him from being a much more dangerous foe then Thor?

Or why do we not put every GL on the high tier because it is only CIS that prevents each and every GL from being as good as Hal?

Lack of imagination or willpower isn't character induced stupidity. They are very real limits each character has.

Character induced stupidity is the Flash not being smart enough to take down a high-meta brick, when he could Infinite Mass Punch him a thousand times in less than a second.
