I searched and I found a few. There's no reason for him not to be on the list.

It sseems redundant to have two versions of every character without more significant reason than when they first appeared unless its something significantly different like if they gained an entirely different powerset or there was a major event that defined the difference.

I'm going to get a rally against having her moved down. 🙂 Plus My argument wouldn't be that hard. Jay is moving up to low herald based purely on speed. She matches him in that dept and has other powers. Someone with her lvl of strength alone would be low herald.

i personally think upper mid herald is a fair assessment, but thats just me...
