Why is Quasar at mid level herald instead of high herald? The guy takes on high ended cosmic types(like Maelstrom, Galactus, Phoenix, and the Watcher) more often and with greater success than damn near ANY herald level character and he's done well against all of the heavy hitters in Marvel that have actually fought him (like Surfer, Thor, and Gladiator). He should be bumped up a level IMO...
