I thought about it, a lot. This was a very difficult decision to make seeing how Extremis Iron Man has had a very good showing against the Collective during New Avengers #16-20. He has also shown amazing speed by travelling from Earth to Satellites orbiting the Earth in a very short spaces of time. His energy shields, aided him against a Collective who didn't know how to utilize his powers to it's fullest. That said I'm looking at the Low Herald list and some of the High Meta list and it could really go either way. Seeing how the Low Herald list has a few characters that I think Iron Man could take wins from. But I believe that there are also a significant amount of characters in the High Meta group that could take the majority against Extremis. In terms of Raw power output I could see others in the High Meta group who trump him. His speed trumps most in the High Meta. His versatility I'd say ties with most in the High Meta...okay maybe he has a slight edge there. His Strength ties with a lot in the High Meta.
But with characters like Nimrod, Mr. Sinister, Aquaman, Holocaust etc...I'd have to unfortunately vote against the move for Iron Man to low herald.
I don't mind him being grouped as low herald. It's a very iffy and difficult decision to make but I just don't feel like he makes the cut.
