Having psi-blockers that prevent telepathic intrusion into your mind (notwithstanding they can be bypassed by skilled telepaths anyway) doesn't necessarily preclude psionic-based powers like Invisible Woman's from affecting his body, nor telekinesis, cryokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. etc. other-kineses. Unless somewhere there's a scan that says he's got some sort of armor-tight forcefield that blocks all psionic-based abilities I'm not buying it.

Sersi's matter manipulation is technically a psionic ability and I don't see her having any problems boiling his lungs before turning him into a potato.

Or the fact that before Prime bumped into him, he was about to go on the field and solo all the Monitors.

Do you not see the point, Blair? If, rather than wait for an actual open spot to make a motion, we just tack on whatever we want to 'motions pending an open spot in official considerations' it's not different that the way it was before, with dozens of characters to be voted on. Votes tallied or offered before a motion is actually considered 'official' should be meaningless - null and void. If the posters feel strongly about the character, let them vote again, but otherwise....

The improvement of keeping the votes down to three characters is entirely meaningless.
