Wally's deserved high since this thread was made. It's beyond me why he wasn't there in the first place.

Of course not. You won't see me campaigning for Jay to high anytime soon.
Zoom, however, is clearly a bit of an exception judging by the way he was capable of destroying the likes of Wonder Woman and Wally, and moving fast enough to make the rest of the world (including Superman) freeze.
Wally and Zoom not being there in the first place when Thor and Sentry are is ridiculous.
And I find other placements of certain characters to be incorrect, at least, according to my opinion.
Hulk has no buisness being above Magneto/Mr M. And neither does Juggernaut for that matter.
What is the rating based on really ? In the first post it says that individual match-ups are not taken in consideration. Well then, what is ? Overall power ? Is anybody really trying to suggest that Hulk or Juggernaut have more overall power than Magneto ? 😬

The 2nd time he beat him by using the tranquilizers his grandma used on him. Not to mention the fact that Zoom wasn't going all out since he agreed to help Iris save Bart.

Actually, the first post DOES have a rough outline of the system we use both for voting as well as for power rankings. There's no need to read every page...just use some common sense and read the opening post.
And Zoom/KC Supes can be put in High Herald if they aren't already...not sure if a new list has been posted, or if ny other changes have been made since then.
