I'm sure that Wally's great in a fight, and can absorb a lot of kinetic energy. Doesn't necessarily mean that he's high herald.

I don't mind Wally being bumped up a notch, but it's not like he has feats that trumps Thors or any of the other high heralds. The Sentry has a ton of ridiculous feats as well.

the idea behind 'the list' was a simple one -- rank anyone and everyone who might be involved in a vs match-up.
the objective was to try and prevent people from opening ridiculously lop-sided threads. period. if someone had enough appearances to give a gauge of their power-level, they were fair game and could be placed on the list. the only thing i wanted to avoid including were other-media characters, but if a character appeared in a sufficient number of comics they qualified for placement. i really think that should continue to be the only significant criteria.
