Actually, I don't think Blue/Red belongs there. Too vulnerable to energy absorbers/manipulators.
But otherwise that sounds fine.

Actually, his little encounter wih Dr. Light in Rock of Ages was pretty bad PIS considering he's shown FAR greater electromagnetic manipulation than Dr. Light ever has.

Granted, but the vulnerability exists for (presumably) higher-level energy manipulators than Dr. light....many of whom are beneath Blue on our list.

This statement isn't entirely accurate, Digi. It happened once when he first manifested his powers.
Then, once he got used to them, he learned how to reverse that process.
