Looking at this...there is nobody on that list that Henshaw couldn't stalemate or beat under his own power.
Power and versatility the guy has in spades.
Cyborg Superman should be moved up to high herald.

AFAIK, Bill doesn't have a Godblast which would be reason to enough to rank him under Thor.
Seriously though, the difference between Mid and High herald is already minuscule at best which is why I don't support the idea of many characters moving up. I can see BA being bumped up since he doesn't really have any low showings to speak of and CM has been his absolute equal on every occasion.
I can't really see BA or Cap Marvel. Or BRB for that matter....he's shown so much less versatility than Thor. But that's me.
I'd still be open to Nate, but I haven't heard a victory I'm impressed with yet. Punking Holocaust and claiming to be able to blow up a chunk of existence isn't quite there....even though I understand that he may have the power needed.

Not just Godblast. Sift through their showings and Thor has a laundry list of random stuff he's done with Mjolnir that Bill's never even thought of. The versatility/experience isn't there, even if the skill and raw power are roughly equal.
I fail to see how you put Mangog at Transcendent levels, but Beta's versitility effects him from being on someone's level he has shown to be an equal, or above to (except that one stupid arc, where Thor was above everyone) in his entire career?
His showings may also be, because Thor was an original (he has his own solo, and all Beta has ever gotten is a mini), and he has many more years to grow, and get feats compared to Beta.
I don't care if he really moves up or not, just made an observation, and failed to see a reason why he wasn't moved up, based on these, so...

aside from the speed advantage thor weilds mre over all power than these 2..
also thor is a level above beta ray bill. Bill may have the storm breaker but dosent use it to the full potential as thor would with the mjinor.

I never said anything about versitility either, I meant that as a, "BA, or CM could most likely beat up, or if I want to play without a debate, stalemate Thor.
