Warrior Madness Thor was nearly put down by Bill, but took the fight when Bill let his guard down......you know, the same Thor that hit Drax so hard he coughed up the PG? Koed Surfer? The Infinity Watch?
He took on Ego, and did extremely well.
Has koed Surfer, one of the most durable top tiers in mainstream comics.
Stalemated Thor twice.
Fought Surtur without fear, and without looking badly.
Wasted a powered up Fenris with ease, and reduced him to a skeleton.
Beat a Storm Giant with little trouble.
Stormbreaker, the highest end top tier showing in recent memory to me, was basically all about him and his battles.
Busted two planets, took a nap in the sun, took a blast from Galactus that wasted the Korbinite planet and beat with the help of Stardust, and Alpha Ray a universal destroyer in Asteroth.
His lowest showing, is getting beaten by Loki, who'd likely beat your favorite top tier as well.

I really don't care if Bill gets moved up or not, but to say he doesn't have the feats to compare to Billy or Teth is straight up denial or blindness.

Because it's an extremely broad category (covering everything between Superman level and just below Odin level) and if you break it up it would take more than 3 sections. After that it starts to get to much to handle.

Why are we basing CA and BA moving up.
From what I've read the only reason we are thinking of moving them up is because they can fight Supes seems to me a little off.
Why because both possess magic a known weakness to exploit on Supes so if that is the only reason we plan on trying to move them up then I think it is a bum reason.
Also once again this isn't based of all of who can beat or stalemate who.
If it was then then BRB gets bumped up and I would say Glads gets bumped up as well. Both have taken it to Thor and have planetary feats but I see no big movemets to get them bumped up.
Not saying CM or BA couldn't be bumped up but if them stalemating Supes is the only reason then I vote no.
