To me, i'd agree with Probes being moved up, if OWAW had never happened.
All the uber initial showings were kinda thrown aside, when I saw Superman and DD thrashing groups of them.
Unless you feel that Superman from OWAW was above the top tier in that arc, not just elite top tiers pinnacle.
And if the probes DO go to high herald, then Superman and DD would have to be moved to transcendent at least, and we know how that would go.
I nominate the probes for low herald.
And Cyborg Supes for mid herald, since if we went on powerset alone, him, Atom and J'onn would be high heralds.
To me, it all depends on how they stack up in direct confrontations.

We are in this thread to find a place where these characters generally fit. Probes have both high and low categories, similar to Galactus heralds. The problem lies with the fact that they all look pretty much the same. How can you tell which Probe is high herald and which one is a jobber? By fighting them.
High feats put Probes in the high herald group.
Lower ranking Probes will of course fit in with the lower classes.
Plenty of high tiers have questionable losses as well. I see no reason to hold one group responsible and let the rest slide.

This I semi agree with you on. Why wouldn't Cyborg Supes be in with the rest of the Supermen considering he has all their standard powers and more? In addition to being much harder to kill than any one of them.
It's not like Sentry has tons of feats to place him up there either.
MM may have many many powers but he isn't naturally superman strong or durable, and he can't maintain it forever either.
There is a huge difference there.

1st Age Spawn - Herald (Middle).
2nd Age Spawn [King of Hell] Herald (High)
3rd Age Spawn [Al Simmons + Symbiote] Herald (Low - Middle)
4th Age Spawn [God Spawn] - Transcendent or higher (Sub-Skyfather or Skyfather)
