Superman was also taking entropy blasts, fighting DS straight up, and treating other New Gods like nothing.

The Superman in this series was pretty much over the top. Losing to this version of Supes is in no way a "low" feat.

Had you said John Byrne Supes...it would have been a different story.

supes may have been uber during that arc, but that dosent give the right for the probs to be on high herald..their too inconsistant, they may have been protrayed to be uber in the beginning of the arc, but they got owned in the end ( by various characters which include the low tier members of the jla). the other high heralds may have some low showings but they have enough high ones to stay at high herald tier...
Also before u say Sentry does not have enough showings(frankly more than the probs) he has displayed a few high end showings but does not have a single low end showing.

😛

I agree to disagree.
Spawn went though major changes and power flux like any other character.

So far their has only bin 4 (well know 5, but their isn’t enough data to gather from his current status).

I can make a comprehensive post along with scans to back up why each “Age” of Spawn belongs in which category.

That and I feel Spawn is being discriminated. After all some time soon, I or some one else is going to use Spawn in a tournament. And if he is not on the list…you cant properly gauge/compare him to other of its tier…….
I could get away with an uber character….

Tempting....😖hifty: But I think Id's system is right except for two things.

First age is closer to low herald. And Fourth Age is probably off the list.

I agree. I was being generous. To both, and left them open to discussion.

But there are characters that could put up a damn good fight to First Age Spawn from Low Herald level.

And Fourth Age should be disregarded all together.

One thing Avy forgot to mention about the Supergirl arc:

Those were extremely weakened clone versions of Doomsday. A whole army of them.

In fact, when Batman throws an exploding batarang at one of them, Wonder Woman says something like "Uh...... a batarang to take down Doomsday?" Then Bats replied that they were just clones and he went on to trash some of them with nothing but a war axe.

The real Doomsday has done stuff like owning the JLA.

The probes should be Mid Herald and thats at best.

Moved Imperiex Probes to mid herald.

The masses have spoken...Probes @ mid herald.

I'm really getting tired of you guys moving Doomsday up and down the list. Make up your damn minds.

And Henshaw stays High Herald, Sinestro goes up too.

Isn't Sinestro basically upgraded now since he has his own corps?

Should be interesting to see.

Doomsday should be High herald minimum if not transcendent.

I vote we do what Id said and put Spawn on there. Especially since someone has already won a tournament with him.

I vote to put first age in low herald, 2nd age in transcendant (though he may be off the list altogether...) and third age in low/mid herald.

Surfer to low street.

2 votes for Surfer to low street.

Black Panther to mid herald.
