Well, in the "crotch" poster, it has her name in the very center. Most people don't read movie posters left to right like a book. If they did they would read Jonny's name first, but with a poster, people look to the middle and then out. Centering Keira's name means that she has a more prominent role than anyone else. Maybe I'm just making too much of it. I just found it unusual.
