You do know that there are longer worms than that right? There are giant worms all over the world and can even be inside of you.

Why do people get offended when you tell them the truth as it pertains to the Bible?

Because they think that the Bible is an actual recorded history of what happened and they don't realize that the Bible was written about 300 years after all the events in it supposedly occurred. Even if the events had occurred in some way they would have been distorted by 300 years of oral passing down in a civilization that was influenced by magic and other unlikely things.

Wasn't the rapture supposed to happen in 2008? I know there's a thread here that touches on that topic.

No, 2007 was the year.

Hmm, I believe it already happened in the 1800's according the Seventh Day Adventists.

The invisible rapture.

Was that the one were no one on the Earth was worthy? I understand that Jesus had to reschedule it for a later time. 😉

He's like that friend from back in the day who you remember, and he always tells you that you two should hang out sometime, only he keeps pushing back the date because he really doesn't.

The books of the New Testament i.e. Matthew to Revelation (27 books) were written between 52 A.D. to 96 A.D. That was only 23 to 67 years after Jesus the Christ died, rose from the dead and ascended back to Heaven.

They were written at a later date then that, but for arguments sake let's say you are correct. 23 years is a long time when there is no written record. Stories that get retold over and over have a tendency to be distorted. Jesus started off just like you and me, but then got turned into a romantic superhero.

Just curious, what documentation do you have for this and why did it tale 42 years to write?

Or if Elijah Price (aka Mr. Glass) is correct, there is some truth to those super-powers, they just became distorted over time.

Great movie! 😄 However, I don't believe in magic.
