God is not a still small voice, but God can speak in that manner.
And he [the Lord] said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the Lord. And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind and earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake:
And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.
-- I Kings 19: 11-12 (KJV)

I am already aware of that passage of Scripture I am being technical.

I was pointing out that your credibility about bible interpretation was lost because the Rapture did not take place this last summer.Do we always have to start over again, and again?
And I exploded your claim that "I believed that the Rapture would take place and stated so" because I did nothing of the sort. Although I still believe that the Rapture is imminent.
No, we do not have to start over, but we seem to keep going back and forth about nothing.

And that is when I said you are lying about not believing it would happen this last summer. You believed it would happen. I don't think you were trying to deceiving anyone.

It does not matter what I believe (that is not the issue), it only matters what you can prove (have you seen "A Few Good Men?" Besides, I still believe that the Rapture could happen at any time (i.e. is immiment).
The point is I know better not to set specific dates.
Thank you for coming to terms with the truth about my intentions.

You are right, it doesn't matter what you believe. The truth is what matters. To think that all that matters is what can be proved against you is wrong. The truth, even if it is hidden, is still the truth.

1 Thessalonians 4:11-17
13 But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.
15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
Truth.
I still believe that the Rapture could happen right now just as much as it could have happened in the Summer of 2007.

Their teachings?Paul admitted that the gospel that He preached came through the revelation of Jesus Christ (in other words it was revealed to him by Jesus Christ). Paul's gospel message/doctrine was not his (as you have alleged for so long debbiejoe). Everything that Paul learned and taught came by revelation from Jesus Christ.
Galatians 1:11-12
11 But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man. 12 For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ. It is Jesus' words so there is no contradiction between Jesus' words and Paul's because Paul's teachings came from Jesus via revelation.
Oops, I inadvertently added my post to Galatians 1:11-12. Here is how it should read:
Galatians 1:11-12
11 But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man. 12 For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ.
