Stuff like this is an issue of society. If you want to quote stats, then look this up:

- Poor areas have more crime.

See where I'm going with this?

All of these things affect plenty of shit we take for granted and that makes it a societal problem rather that just an issue of a race. This is all nations of the world, but it is even more of a joke in capitalist democracies.

This is basically a further adaptation of something called "kin based altrusim" which is seen in some other higher functioning animals.

There is also the fact that our brains have evolved to put like things into categories called "schemata" that allow us to react similarily in similar situations. Racial steryotyping can probably be seen as a very advanced form of this mechanism. By advanced i mean dealing with higher order issues like race and prejudice, not beneficial by any means.
