if they really cared about what was played in the public, they wouldn't feel as comfortable when R&B sex or "booty music" is played in stores, for anyone to hear. a lot of sex music is played during the day time, i have been in stores and have heard explicit sexual R&B music and just embarrassed, you know they don't leave much to the imagination these days (in the lyrics).

That's a whole different debate. This isn't about protecting the public from sex, drugs and rock-n-roll or slapping obtuse ratings symbols over half the screen when a show begins or returns from commercial breaks. It's about a man being fired because he acted exactly the same as he has always acted. Do I think he should have been fired, yes I do. But not over this. Because he should have been fired a long time ago and has never been entertaining.

And by putting those two together you lose credibility with hip hop music. First, they do not go together. Second, there are way worse artists just in random singles. Hell, I'm wondering did you mean Ice Cube, but no no; you didn't.
