2md, Nightshade is probably over the cap if she was in a herald tourney.

Nightshade wasn't in the Herald tourney, Black Alice was using her powers.

Cable wont have the TO in the tourney ... if whoever is using him wants his powers then he wont have his body = no TO Virus = "God-Like" Cable levels.
