Everyone now has 24 hours to make their cases for/against characters that’ve been picked. The judges who have the final word on eligible characters(other than myself) are Digi, Badabing, and Galan, but other judges should feel free to post their opinions on characters that are in question. If any two of the three primary judges agree that a character should be banned then the case is closed, and an immediate repick is in order.

Choosing Gambit for powers was ingenious, IMO.

He doesn't have the brain block that Sinister gave him, so he should be New Sun level.

Intelligent power meshing shouldn't give reason for banning.

Well Darth already said no so it doesnt matter, but intelligent powermeshing would be taking one guys powers and being able to AMP them with one of your other guys. Not just because the power is no longer in Gambits body 😬

If the character at normal level is Ironman level, then they should be able to be used, even if at normal level there is something physically inhibiting their power levels.

and I would agree that combo would be ok. Its all about two characters meshing, not one suddenly getting "free" 😬
