Lightspeed and energy absorbtion wouldn't be hard at all for Jack, given the nearly endless canvas he would have to work with.

And he'd make up for the others with Class "Arms-the-Size-of-Continents" punches.

Unsure really. The entire Authority is pretty well tp-blocked. One dude took over Jack once (Volume 2...the "Godhead" guy....forget his name), but he had to physically touch him to do it. Somehow I doubt it would work if he were phased with a planet.

Obviously, the only important note here, is that he would pwn Apocalypse

Depends on Digi's answer to my question. And he'd need a good sized city to beat Apoc. But yeah, he could do it. Unless he can indeed be mindraped or removed from the city via teleport, etc. Then Poccy can win.
