Neutering is bullshit. Pick a character below the level, or don't pick.

I'd tend to agree about not allowing neutering, but tourney hosts get pushed into concers in a hurry by participants, even the "tough" ones. It's also hard when (usually) the participants know a lot more about the people they're picking and can cater the argument for their character to suit their needs. I'm the guiltiest party of the bunch, with some of the stuff I let into the "street" amalgam tourney.

Hell, the God-organism thing single-handedly shoots this theory down. The Carrier alone is city-sized, and the brain she deep-fried was probably 100x the Carrier (at least).

Also, nearly decapitating implies that he had already cut through his neck, and nearly took his head off.
Hulk did nothing of the sort, and really, even if he did...
It means nothing against someone who could be as big as a planet (based on the location).
