As for how much damage you take take- you don't know, but it is in double figures; damage right now is light. However, how much they need to make a hole in the hll is another question...

Ok, Melis, you have a gun jam caused by the metal distorting. You can clear it in one turn.

Ares- ammo feed has buggered. Will take you a little bit.

Cloud- you are on your way... but in a basic answer to your question, only by going outside.

Gun switch- yes, but you do have to take the time to move.

The sentinels get blown off the Shez, but more keep on coming...

"I can fix things!" reminds Ariadne, loudly.

Can multiple people help fix the gun?
If so, then yea, Adrienne should help, while Ares goes to Mors' gun, so that he can keep having his good shooting

Melis moves to the ammunition feed of her gun and works about unjamming it, removing a twisted bullet or two from the feed and resyncing it.

"Got it," Melis says, rushing back to her gun.

"Fire, blast those two off the hull below us," Ares says. "Ariadne, my ammo feed is buggered, be a doll and unbugger it!"

"Don't break, don't break..." Mors urges his gun, aiming it up at the Verticle Dive Sentinel and putting down a burst of fire at it.

Hawk fires a single burst into the sentinel at 9 o'clock low.

You should probably fire at a Sentinel closer to the ship, Hawk. Try the 9 o'clock Mid at (0/0).

Yeah, got confused while rechecking the situation...

"I'm on it, Ares" I swivel my gun and fire a burst at each of the two sentinels attack the hull at 3 o'clock low

Actually, Melis, the main task is to get the jammed round out. To which puirpose you need a highly specific and technical piece of equipment, to whit, a large mallet, which you are continuously whacking at the loading chamber with, causing loud metallic clangs. Got it! Gun's clear.

Ares- the belt feed has become quite seriously damaged with your extravagant high-temperate shooting. This gun will only manage one burst a turn from now on, even when fixed.

"On my way!" yells Ariadne.

Sequel does damn well, rolling four successes. Marduk rolls three, but no-one was firing from the Percy anyway (smart, on a sharp turn). Shez firers lose a die.

Mors- doesn't break, but far from a kill...

But the penalty doesn't stop Hawk from getting a decent roll and a kill. Fire, though, can't seem to stop then...

Cloud, you have arrived at the danger area. You can hear the sentinel cutting away at the hull... but you cannot quite see where.

Dallas looks at the hull integrity warning blaring in the cockpit.

"Keep on this bearing for a few minutes," he says to Sequel.

"That sentinel is cutting off the engine roundels!" yells Marduk.

Ares keeps working at the ammo feed.

"This need to be replaced when we have time for it," Ares says as Ariadne joins him.

"Finn, you take that one at the engines," Melis says, returning to her gunnery seat. "I need to make sure this thing isn't going to bust right away..."

Melis will cool this round.

Burn, if you're firing this round, sweep off those damaged Sentinels cutting on the underside.

Fire, cool this turn.

Mors will cool this turn.

Hawk, fire at will.

Ares, get that piece of junk back online...

Front gun cannot hit targets at other points on the Hull.

And only the front gun can hit those on the front hull, btw.

Hawk fires a quick burst into the sentinel at 9 o'clock Low.

Burn, you should blow away that one on the front hull at 12 o'clock.

Ariadne has brought over some tools, Ares; she unhooks the ammo feed connector.

On the Percy, we have one going for Barb!

Both Shez and percy are now reading 'significant' hull breaches.

And at this point, everyone on the Shez suddenly becomes very much aware of a high pitched whining noise in the background, and the ship bgins to vibrate.

EVENT- Extremely narrow gap. No extra sentinels this turn.

"Come on squid, make my day..." Cloud says under his breath, and scanning the inside for the ship for where it might be that it's cutting into.

"Yeah, fine!" Ares says, hurriedly. "There's a squid sitting on my gun, so let's make this quick!"
