Caught out in the heat of battle. It happens.
But as I say, anyone from the Percy could have pointed things out. I think half the people thought Ares' plan was happening. Lana didn't know Cloud had said to not fight, Cloud, I suspect, thought he was fighting with Ares' plan but I feel not many people really got the idea that Lana had vetoed that... It was all just a big big mess.
Well, I hope everyone takes out from this that, beyond any issues of logical or strategic thought, the absolute most important thing is to have *A* plan that everyone agrees on. And to make sure that is so.
Because it goes to hell in a heck of a hurry if people don't actually know what's going on, with actually conflicting ideas. And it's everyone's responsibility to make sure.
"You can check on the others- they are through there," says Dallas, pointing towards the side of the ship.
Hawk, it is roughly at this point that you notice that the life signs on all of the Philo players are weakening.

Melis and Barb, there is the sound the electrical discharges as youy approach the mid-section.
Marduk is there. He is working on emergency generators.
I'll head over to the operator desk and try to raise the others (although I have no idea what Dallas ment by that care to elaborate on it Ush?)
"You know me, Squidies just can't put me down Capt'"
[now about player's dieing, it's the most crappy part of roleplaying. However like Ush said if no one ever has a chance of dieing the game loses its edge and that makes it even less fun. What ever you'll know what to do Ush!]
Hawk- the medical computers say they are showing signs of infection.
Mors is laying, front forwards, on the ground on the starboard side of the broadcast area.
Nearby lays a dead sentinel, with one of its tendrils more or less inside Mors' chest.
The chest cavity damage is serious enough; Mors also suffered a heart attack during the electrical incident.
The sentinel's tendril has Mors pinned to the floor. Ares is currently in the process of seeing if the tendril can be unscrewed.
Fire- you don't have a great idea of how this stuff works, really.

"Hello," says a downbeat Marduk. "I'm glad you are ok. Listen, if I don't get these generators stable then in a few minutes we're going to lose broadcast and the medical unit. Which accounts for everyone else."
