Hulk has walked through nuclear explosions without much trouble. I know how überpowerful a whisper from BB can be, but this Hulk seems even stronger and angrier than ever.
I really don't see the PIS in Hulk beating BB. Hulk is stronger, way more durable and has that insane healing factor of his.
Unless BB shouts in his ear or so... If that's the case, Hulk dies.

Regarding World of War Hulk X-Men, Rogues team won't be present for the event. Meaning no Cable, Iceman, Mystique, Lady Mastermind and Cannonball.
However the Juggernaut who got beat by the Wrecking Crew will be making an appearance.

1. BB's whisper has taken on Hulk before, and his scream can be beyond devastating, and above even current Hulk's level of power.
2. BB has a myriad of ways to take on Hulk without even talking. Beating Hulk, if BB's written at all like he use to be, shouldn't be a problem.

Hulk did get a pretty massive power-up to the point where he might actually have the "unlimited strength/durability" deal that he's always had potential to reach. If he learns to focus his rage to the point where he can raise his strength/durability to immeasurable levels at anytime during a fight, he has a decent chance at taking out BB.
Technically, with control over his powers, there's nothing he can't recover from. It should turn out pretty cool.
