BB's scream stems from his ability to mess with electron fields. He's an extremley talented matter manipulator. He's turned armies to stone, a boulder into an anti-matter bomb, etc.

He's always been able to manipulate matter 😐

and his scream doesn't make "nuclear explosions" its causes huge sonic shockwaves, that cause much more destruction than a nuclear bomb ever could

i think karnak already fought hulk buddy.........and lost is karnak the one who can find your weak point........he tried hitting hulks weak point and didnt budge him..........yup.

Karnak has had problems with people faster than him. He's also tried attacking Hulk before with little success.
