I've never seen TP make any claims regarding Apocalypse that haven't been backed up by on-panel feats.

In all honesty, I think that Apocalypse could take Doom and possibly stalemate MM.

There shouldn't be any doubt about the fact that Apocalypse has telepathy. Having telepathic abilities doesn't mean he's a match for Xavier though.

Do you have an instance where he has demonstrated telepathy? 😖hifty: I can't recall anything concrete of the top of my head...not even the OHOTMU Bio in X-Men 2005 says he has telepathy it lists him as a telekinetic though. He needed Cables help to access the Astral Plane during the Onslaught Saga...he needed Baby Cables powers in X-Factor to fight and gain access to the Astral Plane there...the incident where he mind controlled everyone in the Inhumans was through tech. The twelve Saga incident where he fried Xavier could be interpreted as an energy blast..."Zzzrraak"... he has deflected Jean Greys own mental attack back on her. But I can't recall anything that would label him as a telepath 😬

Besides if he was a telepath you'd think he'd get cheap shotted less often or just mindrape the X-Men...like Sinister does.
