Or is it? "The Sentry's power approaches the cosmic," Pak explained. "The Hulk's the strongest one there is. Can a cosmic level hero withstand the mightiest blows of the strongest one there is? Can the strongest one there is survive a cosmic level assault?
IDK, according to how Pak is writing this Sentry merely approaches 'cosmic'. Isn't that kind of a big leap to jump from 'approaching cosmic' to 'above top tier herald'?

Ž Reed Richards is struggling to fight the effects of the obedience disk, but he can’t. Richards’ killing blow misses Tony Stark by inches, and it appears that it was the Hulk himself who caused the errant blow. The Sentry, meanwhile, arrives in style by flying through the Hulk’s stone ship, freeing all of Earth’s satellites in the process.
Ž As Reed and Tony calculate which satellites they can mix and use, the fight between the Hulk and Sentry begins. Thinking the Hulk is the only living being who can survive the power of a million exploding suns, the Sentry unleashes everything he has, and the result is a battle of epic proportions. Once the dust settles, only Bruce Banner and Robert Reynolds remain—their alter egos nowhere to be seen. Robert thanks Bruce, and collapses.
Ž Bruce walks over to Rick Jones, and it seems that the World War Hulk nightmare has finally ended; only Miek wants his Hulk back, and lunges with his spear. Rick tosses Bruce aside, but in saving him, Rick is impaled by Miek’s attack. Bruce looks over his long-time friend, turns his sights on Miek, and a very angry Hulk begins pummeling the insectoid mercilessly.
Ž Miek, so desperate to have his king back, explains he didn’t stop the Red King’s people from putting an old warp core onto the shuttle that blew up—resulting in the deaths of millions, including the Hulk’s wife and unborn child. This last tidbit of info finally causes the Hulk to completely lose it, and Stark has no choice but to fire the satellites he’s had ready. The red beam hailing from the sky engulfs the Jade Giant, leaving only Banner lying motionless in a crater.
Ž S.H.I.E.L.D. agents are shown bringing the remaining Warbound members into custody and Rick Jones into an ambulance, while Bruce Banner is stored 3 miles below the Mojave Desert, awash in a glowing red light.
Ž Elsewhere, on Sakaar, a Hulk-like figure rises from the planet’s “primordial soup”…
HOLY SHIT WWH 5 is friggin' awesome!
I wasn't sure how much I would enjoy it, but I am actually impressed with the way they did this story.
Spoiler:
After defeating Sentry, Hulk learns that Miek saw them loading a faulty warp core on the ship, and knew that it would blow up, but let it happen on purpose. When learning that, Hulk's energy level becomes so powerful that his eyes are glowing green and simply taking a single step makes the ground shake as far away as Massachusetts, and his power level continues to rise even more. In other words he was so strong merely stomping on the planet would have destroyed it at that point. It literally shows huge clouds of green energy engulfing the city. Hulk realizes that he has lost control of his power and begs Tony Stark to "do it, before I break the world!", so Tony unleashes all of the weapons that they had to reduce the gamma radiation that Hulk was giving off.
Hulk realizes that he was losing control of his power level and simply stands there and lets Tony hone in on him with the weapon. If he wanted to at that point he could have easily Shattered Earth and all of the heroes there; he looked completely healed.
Once the beam hits him, after fading away he's in the bottom of a crater with his eyes open and a calm look on his face. It then shows him locked up in a holding container and says "bear witness to his choice, children. And give thanks to your gods", in other words meaning that he chose to let himself get hit by the ray and chose to let the planet live. The green energy cloud looked similar to the green aura of energy he had when he became War, except this time it's a HUGE cloud.
It then shows the planet surface of Sakaar and some Hulk looking monster popping out of the ground with long hair, saying that his rage will never die.
With WWH5 over, it definitely would place Hulk as a cosmic level being and the most powerful Hero on Earth. It is by far the greatest level of power they have ever shown him to be.

Thanks for putting the nail in this series' coffin, Marvel. WWH was so pointless. At least it could have given more credence to Sentry's status as the Earth's most powerful hero. 1 million exploding suns now = bullshit. Cyclops could destroy a few buildings. I hope this shit gets retconned.
