so he owned BB....i completely bought it. IM one of the guys who are positive that BB can beat the hulk any day of the week,but it seems to me that he clobbed him before he could scream.. i mean BB coulndt have known about hulk's uprgade so im sure he wasnt anticipating that he can withstand "a mere whisper". and was just taken by surpise...so im not willing to jump on the PIS bandwagon just yet

He didn't do it on panel. In fact it's very obvious that its wasn't a full scream since they wrote enough very very tiny.

I think one point of the off pannl fight Black Bolt did let out a full scream because those men that was monitoring the Moon confirmed that chunks of the moon was broken off.

also, what exactly is the fullest extent of BB's scream... what's the power output, 'cos I read different levels in different places.
I doubt a nuke would even registed with The Hulk, as he currently is. indeed, it's not much of a feat to output power equivalent to a nuke... most of the cosmics, magneto and several other earth bound ones could, withstand that sort of thing.

yeah off panel makes little sense. cuz as ive said a million times BB has never been shown to use his full voice. the mystique about him is he can get what he needs done with "a mere whisper" we have seen how a mere whisper air tunneled the vuanted sentry's face, and sent Iron Man and his cronies flying. depsite his recent upgrade hulk would never be able to laff off a full scream..plusenough was printed in fine print then we see chunks of moon rock flying so it is obviuous that it wasnt a full scream 😖mart:
true, we didn't see much 'landscaping' done to the moon as a result of BB's voice, so there must have been some other - serious - energy let loose at somepoint.
I hope we get confirmation, but I doubt it. as Chaos says, albeit in jest, it's meant to screw with the forums (readers), get them debating and interpreting to their biases...

I doubt he'd laugh off much of BB's attacks, but he would survive it all, imo. and he definitely would shake off most of them, other than something that shatters several planets (something of the order of what SS suffered at the hands of T&A perhaps).
wrong sir, when the gravi-whatcha-ma-callit thingy exploded and incinerated his lady love and literally a million other ppl, apparently all that energy released had some gamma properties to it that gave him extra strentgh.. that even cuased him to comment later in a flashback that "it made me the strongest one there is....the only one there is", plus not to mention the fact that just before he was shot into space, he had absorebd the full brunt of a gamma bomb in the Nevada desert that Hydra, had let off....even though he showed up on Sakaar power depleted, that bomb alone had already increased his base strentgh... so the fact that he's angrier than ever is icing on the cake

With regard to Hulk surviving BB's scream...
I think what we have here was the writer's poor attempt at the Hitchcock effect: suggest the event, then let the audience fill in the details, getting them more involved in the story and making it seem more real.
"There's been an explosion on the moon--chunks of lunar rock breaking out of orbit." It is not clear if this is from The Scream or the previous whisper, as the latter shows rocky debris going skyward.
"He withstood Black Bolt's voice." I would think that if Strange was referring to the Whisper, his statement would've been worded somewhat conditionally (eg, "He withstood Black Bolt's whisper; let's see if he can handle his voice Big Time"😉.
Together, the two suggest Hulk withstood BB's full power (and showing us that much, at least, would've been nice), but there is no lightning in a bottle here.
I also wasn't crazy about Strange's reasoning for not doing anything. First of all, if he could send Hulk to another world, why didn't they just do that in the first place? Why bother with a ship? Secondly, isn't there about 1000 other things Stevie could've done?
Still, I enjoyed this.
