World war hulk

I think the Hulk - Herc fight shouldn't be read so simply.
remember, WWH has a cold rage towards specific characters, BB, RR, SS and TS (****, he breaks that alitterative pattern 😖, he is a dick!).

Hulk meditates and thinks, he keeps his rage (and thus perhaps his infinite power) focussed upon specific targets, rather than taking it out on everybody - as his warbound were fearing initially, on their way to Earth.

so, I don't believe Hulk was using anything like his current level of strength, in his attack upon Hercules.

The only thing that contradicts a bit that line of though is:

The Warbound isent only after the iluminati, they also made references on other big threats as Thor.

Hulk charged first and angry when he saw someone he always saw as a friend (Cho) doublecross him by showing up with people that always fought Hulk before.

yes, he charged in angry and fists swinging, not denying that.
just saying that he obviously does focus his rage upon the 4 that he mentioned. those characters suffer the full wrath of the Hulk, whereas Herc just got a little dose.

Damn it...I want Hercules to pick that Mace and smash Hulk's ass senseless! chair

It looked like if Hercules really tried he could've ended WWH right there

i hope to goodness they dont show hulk throwing a banana peal in front of black bolt in order to make him trip thus ending the battle fast for him vs the hulk

No one is saying that Hulk was enraged as say against IM here. However your ideia that he somehow focused his anger is off basis so far. What really does the page have that shows your theory? Nothing.

whats up with angel, i dont see how hes a friend to hulk. Or did i miss a x-men,hulk crossover or something

Read WWH 1 you can see in the fight with iron man that he has some special hate against IM, BB, DS and Reed. Since they send him of in space and he blame's those four specially for the dead of his wife.
Why do you think he called out for Iron Man Doctor Stange and Reed Richards and not people like let's say hercules, thor, sentry.
Because he blame's those four.

And he fought the defenders wenn his cousin Jennifer Walters was sick and hulk tried to get her to a hospital, and the defenders thought he was on a rampage again.
So the defenders attacked him, and the hulk tried to get Jennifer to the hospital.
So I guess like Herc angel feels bad about what he did.

We all know that, and no one is denying he hates those four the most. But the ideia that he wasent particulary angry here is as of yet wrong. Just because he isent as pissed as against the iluminati doenst mean he isent pissed or nearly as pissed nonethless. Especially after watching Cho (a supossed friend of his, an ally) with a backup of and i quote: "an army of puny humans" that leads to him thinking he got doublecrossed. What does he do next? Attack them. Moreso when said army has a history of going after him in some rampages.

The ideia that he somehow had it all in check doesnt show in the pages so far. Maybe Pak adress it later, maybe not. What we get its two angry Hulk figths, with the difference that in one he was just angrier than the other.

P.S. The Warhound has plans against Thor as well. Not just the iluminati.

Yes, thats the whole point of why they are seemingly going to help him.

I still dont think hulk will fight ANY one in any other way except a head on rage attack. that is disapointing

sorry if the question have already been asked and dealt with but is black bolt dead ore what???

This scan sort of hinters that he through him out from his ship so I am confused

what if Hulk didn't actually fight BB, but merely come to a settlement with him, off panel, and that was genuinely a BB blow-up doll?

maybe BB wasn't actually in support of the decisions but 'couldn't say anything against it'....

BB lost simply because he wasent ready to figth this Hulk. He is suposse to be more powerful than ever, after all.

I think so as well.

Hulk launched at him, what was he going to do? Pak obviously doesnt feel like writing BB to his full potential, so he didn't even have a chance at taking the Hulk down when written by Pak. Not when it's at the start of WWH.

That doesn't hint at that at all...

All it does is show Hulk holding up BB to a computer monitor where the hologram was being projected from.

Anything new out?

Does anyone know if the Thunderbolts will get involved in this?

I think Utrigita may be referring to the speck below the ship in the middle of the second panel. I'll check my copy when I get home though. It may be a scanning error.

A better question would be...why would hulk allow BB to live?

Lots of tie ins have arrived now.

Any opinions?

To make a point. And steal a potential martyr from the enemy.
