I was not trying to be disrespectful,I didnt know if you would believe me.
the artist does change how cyclops' blast looks at full power, that is true, but one thing that has been consistent is the sheer force that accompanies cyclops' full on blast... it may vary slightly, but at that range, he should be ripping of his visor and knocking hulk on his ass...
that said, hulk would be back up seconds later, more pissed than before...
question (in general): if the x-men were intent on not killing hulk, why would cyclops (of all people given how much he himself fears just how damaging his power can be) decide to go full power?

i'm saying there's really only been the one change, the continual output from civil war being one feat. unless you want to count his powers being inactive in astonishing. and now this pittance of a "max" in wwh, which i assumed you weren't directly referencing.and don't discredit civil war: x-men entirely. it did have the most adorable scene of violence i've ever seen; with micromax happily punching beast out of midair. it looked like a kid on halloween punching a teddy bear.
the continual output thing was a bit iffy...
i dont remember that part, now i have to go look for it... 😛
