Seeing as I have already given you the quote which explicitly states that you are dismissing SS' ability to accelerate quickly in situations except the IG incident, it seems that you are the one with something to prove. I certainly do not have to exactly prove that SS can accelerate to an arbitrary speed within an arbitrary time limit. I just have to ensure that you can't, which isn't really a problem at all. Before questioning the ethics behind such a path, do understand that I felt and still feel that your point on acceleration is always going to be impossible to prove, as 1) characters are almost never in a state of complete rest before accelerating 2) there is a lack of numerical evidence. If you're going to generalise and attack SS' acceleration, you are inclined to prove your point. Or simply concede that you can't and save us all the trouble.

I'm fine with SS, as long as someone doesn't claim he will accelerate to light speed or beyond in less than 2 seconds in a forum battle.

Thanks for telling us what hyperspace means. The lack of definition of warp speed was telling, though. Don't keep me waiting too long.

What's wrong with the above statement? I gave an if then scenario.
I never said that Eternity couldn't physically hurt Juggs. I just gave the only possible ways that Eternity can do it. So what's funny? You guy's intelligence scares me.

Unless a character is consistently shown to be an optimal strategist, CIS and the "in character" stipulation mean that I would place my money on performances being non-optimal.

Seeing as you were the one who brought up the above point to use in your non-existent debate that SS is a slow starter, I highly doubt that the exact situation above may be claimed, although all such occurences save the IG incident have a degree of ambiguity. It is still within his powerset, though.

Apparently, a spirit and a soul are different in comics even though comic circumstances should have them be the same. The word hyperspace itself has been used differently in multiple instances. I am simply looking to substantiate your claim. If it is obvious outside of Star Trek terminology, as you said, it should not be too difficult, should it?
