Now on-topic I would see it going DC's way slightly, it's hinted that Sentry is alot mroe powerful than both of these DC characters but he has done nothing to absolutely cement that to be honest.

Kyle and Superman also have alot better team work than Thor and Sentry so I'd see this going about 6-7/10 DC's way.

In Mighty Avengers #1, Iron Man tries to recruit Aries, but when Aries refuses, IM estimates it will take a combines effort of 5 superheros to take down Aries. Problem is Sentry is one of the 5 mentioned and since he has the power of thousand exploding suns, he should be able to take down aries himself.

Ripped Carnage in half, stopped the hulk without any problems, overloaded the absorbing man. Overloading him isn't easy, especially no considering he's able to take mjolnir. He can also fly past the speed of light.

Iron Man was playing Ares for a fool. Stark didnt want to fight and he wanted to grab Ares up for the Civil War anyways. Any of the 5 heros he mentioned (especially Sentry) could stand up to Ares by themselves.
