Do you really believe these mothers were concerned over legalities when they did this? Seriously now.

Also, child abuse is illegal, as noted above, these mothers were charged and will face sentencing. You fail.

Not under the law it is. Under the law a parent has the right to pass down whatever mixed up beliefs they want as long as it doesn't lead the child to commit crimes.

No I would still have a problem with it. And teaching hate may lead a child to commit a crime but that outcome is not guaranteed. Allot of children who are taught hate eventually grow out of it as they are exposed to the world and yes I agree that it should be outlawed, but then we are infringing on the freedom to pass on values to our kids and the flagwavers would get upset.

You fail [again] by your own hypocrisy then... You should feel the same towards both cases of child abuse then regardless of the law. Be it mental abuse, physical abuse or a combination of both.
