I was looking for people to talk to during my long work hours over night and I wanted to discuss comic books. Well, I went to CBR and hated it. Loathed it. It was trying to talk my way out of a speeding ticket all the time. I wanted to be in a friendlier environment. I came here and after talking in maybe 5 or 6 vs threads the Avengers invited me to join. It didn't take me long to ace a nice little quiz on Darkhawk and become his rep for the KMC Avengers. From then on I was hooked.

I was a part of a non-comic forum (a heroes of might and magic forum) and I made a comic thread there where we debated which comic characters would beat which. I ended up wanting to find pictures of AquaMan fighting Hawkman and I ran across the vs. forum via google. Never found any images of it but I started debating a TINY bit since then. I was really "shy" until I was offered membership on the Avengers.
