Saw this on the site today:
Hello SS, it's an honour truly. (SuperShadow: You must be completely amazed by the totality of the SS genius.) Anyway I have a suggestion when Mace Windu lost his hand (or arm whichever), what if it is later replaced with a light saber arm? (SuperShadow: Hahaha. Yeah, right. This is a direct rip off of a cartoon TV show.) So if in a fight, Windu could just power up his arm instead of a light saber? Tell me if you like it. Plz, plz reply. (SuperShadow: Next idea, please.)
Than another fan says this which is also from today:
Dear Soops. Greetings from Oz. Love your web site - look at it every day. (SuperShadow: We understand.) I love that Mace Windu is included in the next trilogy. Could we have the Mace in the new movie having gone a little mad after all his years in isolation? (SuperShadow: This is possible.) I guess this would be similar to Yoda going a little senile while on Dagobah, but Mace could go a little angry and bitter about the events from Revenge of the Sith. (SuperShadow: Most excellent.)I think that this could add to the depth of the character and would also allow Samuel L. Jackson to put a little "Pulp Fiction" into the portrayal: "I will strike down upon thee with great anger and fury" - without turning to the dark side, of course! No one plays crazy quite like Samuel. (SuperShadow: This will be avoided. We always steer clear of Quentin Tarantino.)P.S. - Could Mace also be the other mentioned by Yoda to Obi-Wan in Return of the Jedi? (SuperShadow: Perhaps.) If Obi-Wan was not aware that Mace didn't die, this would solve the potential plot error of Obi-Wan knowing about the bloodlines of Princess Leia.
P.S.S. - Don't give Mace a prosthetic light sabre in place of his arm. This would be a pretty identifiable feature of a Jedi who is supposedly in hiding. Doesn't make much sense. (SuperShadow: So you say.)
I just thought this seems pretty interesting as it seems the second person seems to responding to what the first person said(look at the p.s.s. on the 2nd) It just seemed interesting to me that shadow would add a comment that is responding to someone else's on the same day cause usually it would take a day or a few for him to post someone's comment (if at all) but on the same day he posts this one which includes a rebuttal what someone else said.
EDIT:Then this was from his "Lucas interviews today:
Will Mace Windu have a robotic hand in Episodes 7 - 9? Because Anakin cut it off in Episode 3.George Lucas: Mace Windu will not have a cybernetic hand and arm in the sequel trilogy. By the time of Episode 7, the medical technology necessary to attach clone hands and arms to people exists. This means Windu will have a real flesh and blood replacement hand and arm when he is seen in the next trilogy.
This seems to me that the person asked the question twice to "lucas" and shadow. There is nothing really significant against shadow in this it just is interesting to me on how he post fan questions. Thoughts please.
