The thing with Karate Kid is that he does all that using his Deus Ex Machina level skill not strength or speed which are human, you'll never see Karate Kid travel as fast as Iron Man, lift more then him, or take nukes, but you will see him do things that Karnak and even Black Panther could.

Karnak can detect weak spots in any object and put down just about anyone bound by human logic with one good shot (he's done it to Surfer) and recreate any out of battle feat that Karate Kid has done (probably dwarf KK's feats as he's likely 5-6x's stronger then him).
BP has a nigh omnipotent armbar.
Let's put it like this, do you think Spiderman with Karnak's weaknesss detection and martial arts training and standard Legion equipment could take Iron Man?

You can point out only point out one instance with Karnak and One with BP to say they are possibly over the limits but look at KK and you realize he does it all the time.
Yeah there's that Executioner in X-men series who manhandled Wolverine, Storm and Collussos at desame time nearly fatally injuring them.. He should be k dough..
I've been reading the Phalanx saga, and from what ive been reading they're not really that unkillable, it totally depends in how many host they've infected they can reformed themselves w/ the host energies..
So if Warlock runs out of juice then his history probably why he needs to consumed energy like the rest..

Northstar and the new speed cap- I'm sure everyone is aware of my feelings concerning power neutering at this point. However speed seems to be a special case, so I've decided to allow neutering in this ONE category. The speed cap is going to be set at Mach 10 for EVERYONE. Being able to exceed this speed won't be grounds for the character in question to be barred, but this speed can't be exceeded once the match starts(though teleportation is still allowed). So with this in mind, it IS the upgraded version of Northstar that's being drafted.
Warlock- From what I understand, Warlock IS tough as Hell to take out of the fight, but it's not impossible by any stretch of the imagination. I was sent quite a few instances of his being taken out(and absolutely NO evidence that he exceeds the "killability" cap), so for right now I'm still going to allow him. If anyone wants to send me some stuff to contradict what I've already seen on his behalf though, you're more than welcome to(you might even change my mind). Now if I discover after the tourney starts that all I was sent was his low showings and he's actually up there with Sandman(and the instances I was sent where all PIS), he(and the amalgam he's part of) will be banned.
Invincible- I've still yet to see a SINGLE feat of Invincible's of any kind, let alone one that puts him over the cap. So unless some kind of evidence is forthcoming....
All that aside, I've decided to end the draft sometime this weekend(to make things easier for those who're in school) barring some extenuating circumstances. But let me remind everyone that we have a late comer(longpig) who's having a difficult time finding people that fit into this power classification and several others who's picks are continually being contested without proof, so it's possible that it might not end until Monday or Tuesday(though I'm trying to avoid dragging it out that long)/ [/B]
So basically Warlock is in, but only if whoever picked him doesn't cheat.
I think we need to kick Zero (Stryfe's android from the future).

If you're using tech based weapons, Zero will shut them off, but other than that, he can only kick your ass the normal way.
Zero is well within the limits. Hell, he's under the limits.
