Im sorry I havent read any KOF comics but I love this KOF music video.
K' vs Maxima
The first meeting of character who would eventually make probably the greatest couple of friends in KOF universe. It's a training session on the NESTS base.
Since they meet for the first time, K's fighting style and stats are unknown to Maxima and he has to scan and calculate them during the fight...so our cyborg makes a mistake in his calculations- he breaks K's stabylizing glove in order to disrupt his control over his pyrokinesis (that's one of the first K's appearances, when he depended on that red glove to control his powers) but the sideeffect of that was K' going "fiery berserker" at him. There are also robot decoys of Maxima, cyberpathically controlled by him, in that fight (K' blows'em all up).

K' fights Ingiz in zero gravity
That's part of a fight with villainous NESTS leader, Ingiz. By"perfecting" his body and skill via collected genes and battle data he achieved "godlike" power (something around low herald level in terms of power tiers). It took efforts not only K' but large numbers of KOF turnament participants to put him down, but for large part of the fight K' was fighting him either one to one or with little help.
Entire fight happened on the space station, where NESTS headquarters is situated and where K' and his companions arrived by space shuttle. At the one moment of the fight K' and Ingiz practically fight in open space (forcefield holds the air around them, but apart from that the fight happens in zero gravity).
After that bout K' gets thrown into the floor of space station so hard that it takes him quite a while to recover enough to be able to continue the fight...But he still survives the blast which is good durablity feat for him.
While K9999 fights Ingiz, K' uses that time to recover a bit (though he isn't "spoiled" by healing factor, there's on panel proof that he can use his chi-related abilities to recover from injures to the some point (though it's limited to deadening himself to pain and being able to deal with minor injures like stopping blleding from wounds) rather quickly- in that case in 5-7 minutes time frame while K9999 keeps Ingiz busy).
K' vs Ikari team
K' fights elite mercenary squad called Ikari, created by KOFverse Nick Fury analogue- commander Heydern. He thrashes three of four members of a squad who are no pushovers (Leona Heydern, for example, has Orochi blood into her which gives her superhuman powers like ability to cut things with her bare hands, or Ralf Jones, who is rather fast and stronf fighter), then he gets cheapshoted and interrogated by his own elder sister.
He shows great combat speed, firepower, fighting skills, as well as using both his chi & fiery energy to create sort of protective "armour" field around himself. Also we see why it's bad idea to try to break K's back.
