K' being labeled as Kyo Kusanagi&Iori Yagami equal at KOF 2000
After single handedly beating the Psycho Soldier team (scans are present in the thread& are in English) K' is called by Ryo Sakazaki an equal of Kyo Kusanagi&Iori Yagami.
K's teammate Vanessa supports that claim by stating that K' is the most powerful fighter in current tournament roster (which includes Terry Bogard). That's not a hype as she says that as an INSULT to K' (after him stating that he helps in fight only the ones who need help) and not a compliment.

To understand the meaning of that statement let's look at some feat performed by Kyo (and being far from his most powerful one)- melting a bunch of battle robots in instant (given in English translation). And seeing as K' is capable on doing remarcable stuff with his flames as well (the most nothable would be blowing up the skyscraper and instatly melting part of the skin of flying Boeing747 to be able to stand and fight on it (shown on the first page of respect thread, the text of scans is in Chinece but context is understandable even without dialogues being translated).
Speedblitzing Ryo Sakazaki
Ryo Sakazaki fights K's best friend and legal guradian Maxima, who downed Ryo's girlfriend King in earlier round. Ryo is bloodlusted and going to kill poor Canuck cyborg (previously landing quite a beating on him, though Maxima's durability and stubborn spirit is not so easy to overcome, so Ryo concetrates all his chi in a punch).
Before he manages even to land a hit (there's something like 0,1 of second passing aproximately going by how close he's to Maxima), K' rushes from his seat aproximately 20 metres away from arena (including stairs) while his rush being unnoticed by Vanessa and anyone in arena (that gives us the speed of aproximately 200 metres per second, pretty much the same one K' moves during the Blackout "teleport"😉. Then he delievers a punch sending Ryo all across the arena and damaging him badly.
The origin of Kusanagi flames
That has little to do directly with K' but explains the way his pyrokinetic power work. That's neither regular pyrokinesis nor regular chi- Kusanagi&Yagami powers are closer to Iron Fist's "Dragon Chi" (but used for specific purpose and passing via genes not by obtaining- though there were cases of "inheriting" "normal" chi powers in KOFverse in case of Bernstein and Howard bloodlines), being mystical in origin (but not magical).

K' vs Kula Diamond
This is the famous fight at the factory from KOF2000. The manhua storyline, however, adds a few pecularities into that, stating that it was a metallurgic factory (K' is facing his young icy nemesis on the bridge right above pretty big pool of molten steel).
From the feat posted on the first page we know that our handsome whitehaired Beat of Prey can control molten substances, i.e. lava, to the some degree, by adding his flames to them. Here he does the same with the molten steel (the result is fiery-metallic havoc destroying the building of the factory).
Though K' clearly overpowers Kula who is send to kill him, he's noble enough not to kill brainwashed 14years old girl who has no idea what she does, blindly fulfilling the orders at that time. Instead, he saves her from the flaming hell his powers caused in conjunction with the environment.
As for already-mentioned lava feat, I'd like to post the context for that. During NESTS' another attempt to assasinate K' using Kula Diamond they both got trapped at the underground NESTS base, built inside seemingly dormant volcano. The eruption begins suddenly, and Kula tries to stop the lava with her ice shields. When the attempt fails, K' has to save himself and Kula.
This update is more about the context of some previously mentioned feats, more about K's rogue gallery than about him (it's always good to keep context clear when making respect thread on an "exotic" character).
So, who and what is Kula Diamond?
Her power to generate and manipulate ice-cold winds allows her to fly and survive in upper atmosphere\space unaided.
A "newborn" (seconds after genetic transfusion of the gene responsible for her superpowers has finished) Kula freezes a huge battleship into iceberg in a couple of seconds
Freezes some grass into razor sharp blades (and uses them on our handsome whitehaired beauty)
