Marvel doesnt have a key stone character like superman. Any major hero would make as much impact as another. By major I mean the top 5 in popularity

Which character's death would impact Marvel the most?

-Wolverine decides someone has to die for the greater good no matter what.

-Spiderman is the only hero around and decides the has to stop him from killing no matter what.

-They fight the most epic battle in Marvel history ending with their almost simultaneous deaths.

That death would impact Marvel far beyond anything else!
Anyone think they can top it?
