Seemed like the newest issue was way too short, though; and didn't the solicits say that the battle royale was supposed to be in thirteen? Where'd that go?

Good issue.

I'm liking the team of Immortal Weapon's and really liked the little scuffle between Lei Kung and Silver Serpent (or Pheonix, or whatever). I definetly think this would read better in one sitting, it seems to have lost a little bit of speed, but it's still an amazing book.

Dog Brother #1 for the win!!!!

Next issue is going to be amazing. Personally, I could do without the heroes for hire attempted humor, but it's still a great book.

So the creative team is being completely replaced? Also, Danny's back to the old lousy costume? I actually loved his new costume, and I was hoping it would stay that way for a while. This is very disappointing.

did issue 13 come out yet? i don't remember reading any sort of battle royale; but my most recent read had danny gathering the immortal weapons

The new 'team' (which really isn't that much of a team, in the sense I thought of Brubaker/Aja/Fraction as a team) is alright, however I think I'll be hugely disappointed because I've become so used to Immortal Iron Fist being amazing; so when it's only good, I'll be like.. 'Eh'.

Yeah, I think so.

I'm pretty sure that's the only ongoing he's ever written aswell, he's just another crime novelist that Marvel seems to have a hard-on for at the moment.

Man; the way Bru and Fraction spoke in interviews, it made it seem like they were gonna be on the book till fifty or some such.

I'd rather they wrapped it up around 25 themselves, then let someone else butcher it until it's finally cancelled.
