I think I am going on a date

So like...I got this girls number, I found out she's single, I asked if she wanted to do something next weekend and she said yes...we spoke for a while...then we both had to go so said bye to one another...but I dunno if this counts as a date or not...I kinda like this girl and I think and hope she feels the same towards me

If you score her number, she's single and you ask her out to go do something then I would say it's 95% a date, 5% that she thinks you will go out for fun as friends.

The old standby of going to the movies...or you can try this one if you have a good sense of humor:

Go to a very public place and you and her sit there and make up stories for the various people walking by. Point out their nuances that make them stick out from everyone else. Quite fun to do when you both get in on it.

It was actually really easy, like I find it hard usually...I'm really pleased that I actually have a date next weekend, I mean I need to call her or text her first
