Superman should be 8 on that list, otherwise hes stopping at 4 imo.

Superman has nothing Silver Surfer could handle he should be number 8 and on versatilty alone Superman should be 7 then Juggernaut a close let me repeat that close 6

Thors magic should handle Superman, but he loses to Surfer.

Thor has handled Surfer in the past, he hasn't however handled Superman which is why I would place Superman after Surfer.

Thor hasn't done well versus the Celestials 😄

Theoretically he could beat everyone on the list save 9 for a majority of some degree. Like with Surfer or Superman it would be like 5.5/10 or 6/10.

But of course he isn't beating a Celestial
