Woot, out of context scans. Thor's so far beyond Hulk is total power it's annoying to see the comparisons. Strength doesn't always = Overall Power.
Anyway, Supes, Surfer, and Arisham are the only ones that should give him legitimate problems. If the writers hadn't forgotten Supes magic weakness (or Thor had remembered magic lightning attacks) he wins. So he stops at....Surfer? Again, debatable, but I'd concede the majority to Surfer (but only barely, and despite their lone decisive fight).

Hulk>Thor
Guy, how many times do we have to go through this? You know Thor's killed Hulk, you know Thor has physical wins over Hulk, yet you still posted those irrelevant scans. Where are you going to realize that strength doesn't equate to greater overall power? It's annoying trying to get someone who cares for no others opinion to change their blatantly misguided, and ignorant opinion. 🙁

Theoretically he could beat everyone on the list save 9 for a majority of some degree. Like with Surfer or Superman it would be like 5.5/10 or 6/10.But of course he isn't beating a Celestial
This sums it up pretty well, although I would give Surfer the majority over Thor.
