bench press is an entirely different set of muscles/movement
and squat is an entirely different movement
How the hell am I supposed to know what I could do with a magical fishing pole?
Every fisherman has leverage when fishing. Doesn't keep them from completely exhausting themselves from trying to catch 50+ pound fish.
I stated benching or dead lifting 150 pounds would be much easier than fishing 150 pounds.
I never said anything about squats. It has nothing to do with pecs, biceps, or triceps so it's irrelevant to the discussion. It's also much easier than any of the other lifts mentioned. 150 pound squat is close to nothing.
