A well feed Galactus yes, but elder gods are a copule notches above skyfathers and they are limited, as where Dark Phoenix is a cosmic diety.

Myx, however, would probably destroy her.

Actually she is a true omnipotent being with at least 4 multiverses (each one has separate subuniverses, dimensions, and timelines) and she creates and destroys universes as casually as humans breathe.
