Well, if you look at how large he is in his LSSJ form, it's not unlikely. He's already 10-15 ft tall in his LSSJ form.

You can't say he has an exact height because no one that has worked on the Broly movies has ever stated his true height so it ranges from 9 or 10-15 ft. He has no exact height because it's never been confirmed.

Actually it's been calculated that when compared to Goku's 5'7" Broly is about 9'3". That's not exact but it is accurate.
